Conference Organizer

Taiwan Society for Mass Spectrometry (TSMS)
Due to its broad applicability and high sensitivity for precise molecular qualitative and quantitative analysis, mass spectrometry (MS) is now widely used in fields such as physics, chemistry, biology, environmental science, medicine, food science, and materials research. Researchers continue to advance both the design and applications of mass spectrometers. Amid the global wave of competition in developing this critical technology, Taiwan’s contributions in both academia and industry are comparable to those of most advanced countries.

To provide Taiwanese researchers with ample opportunities for technical exchange with domestic and international experts, to strengthen mass spectrometry research and development, and to promote the use of MS for solving practical problems across various fields, Taiwanese scholars jointly established the Taiwan Society for Mass Spectrometry (TSMS) in 2003.
